Policy for beauty services only.
Life coaching policy will be expressed in a consultation call.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
~A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment date and time.
~Your deposit goes towards your service.
~Remaining balance will be due upon service.
~Remaining balance must be paid in cash, debit, credit, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay.
~If paying with Card, Cash App or Apple Pay there will be a $3 processing fee.
LATE AND CANCELLATIONS
~Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
~After rescheduling once; a second time will require another deposit. Having to reschedule a third time will forfeit client-artist relationship.
~Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will forfeit client's deposit.
APPOINTMENT PREP
~Do not intake caffeine before appointment.
~No open face wounds or scars prior to service.
~Be prepared to lay a duration of 2 hours.
~Full location will be sent after deposit is secured.
